Final exam project: portfolio website
due thursday dec. 19 (50 points)
Your final exam for first semester will be to create a digital portfolio. We will be using the FREE professional platform https://www.wix.com/ to build our portfolios. Once your website is completed YOU DO NOT NEED TO PUBLISH! If you wish to publish, Wix will give you a free domain to use. Please remember that publishing is optional. This account will be linked to your school email and just like Google, it saves your progress automatically. During your allotted photography final time, I will come around and walk through your completed website during class. For your final you will need to have the following items:
the title of you web page must be your first and last name ‘s portfolio with the sub title of Photography 2019-2020

A picture of yourself next to your artist statement (5 points)
extra credit: in addition to your artist statement include 10 bullet points of unique facts about you. (10 extra credit points)

Your favorite picture from the semester (5 points)
Three key concepts your learned during first semester (5 points), each key concept must have a minimum of two sentences describing the topic.
Goals for second semester: minimum of two goals (5 points)
A gallery for each photo shoot completed this semester (5 images minimum per gallery), You must title each gallery and include a short summary of the project. Minimum of three sentences.

12 days till break photo challenge
Everybody spends this season in their own special and beautiful way, this challenge is meant to highlight those traditions. During this challenge you will take one image per day by following the prompt below. Since this is a busy time of year the images for the week will be due on the following Monday. In order to make sure this challenge is over before finals, 6 images will be due each Monday.
